“Pro bono publico (usually shortened to pro bono) is a phrase derived from Latin meaning “for the public good”.

We offer pro-bono legal services subject to certain terms and conditions. 

We offer pro-bono legal services in litigation matters in which there are deferred fees or contingency fees depending on the strength of the client’s case but only if we are satisfied that the client does not have the financial resources to pay for fees as and when they are rendered and subject to the cash flow requirements of the firm. 

 We do accept instructions where the client is able to obtain legal assistance. 

 We do not offer pro-bono services in commercial matters.
